At NSDesain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (Templates)
Due to the nature of digital products, we have the following refund policy for website templates:
- ✅ Refund is eligible if the download link has not been accessed
- ✅ Refund is eligible if the product is significantly different from its description
- ✅ Refund is eligible if the product has a major technical issue that we cannot resolve
- ❌ No refund once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded
- ❌ No refund for change of mind after download
- ❌ No refund for compatibility issues caused by user's own hosting or server configuration
2. Custom Web Design Services
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
- If NSDesain fails to deliver the agreed project within the specified timeline without valid reason, a full refund may be issued
- Refunds will not be issued for completed and delivered work
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank
