These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of products and services from NSDesain. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Orders & Purchases

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be modified

2. Digital Products

All template purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed
Templates are provided "as is" and are compatible with the platforms stated in the product description
NSDesain is not responsible for any customization issues arising from user modifications

3. Custom Web Design Services

A deposit of 50% is required before work commences on custom projects
The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client feedback and revisions
NSDesain retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information for your project
Responding to feedback requests in a timely manner
Providing all necessary content (text, images, logos) for your website
Ensuring all content provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before digital products are delivered
For custom projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront
Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation

6. Confidentiality

NSDesain agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
