At NSDesain, all our products are digital — website templates and web design services. As such, our return policy is specifically designed for digital goods and services.

1. No Physical Returns

Since all NSDesain products are delivered digitally, there are no physical items to return. Returns in the traditional sense do not apply to our products.

2. Eligible Returns (Digital Products)

We consider a "return" request valid in the following cases:

✅ The product was not as described on the product page
✅ The product has a critical technical defect that cannot be fixed
✅ You were charged twice for the same order
✅ You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment

3. Non-Eligible Returns

❌ Change of mind after accessing or downloading the product
❌ Incompatibility due to your own hosting or server environment
❌ Issues caused by user modifications to the template
❌ Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase

Order number or transaction ID
Product name purchased
Reason for return request
Supporting screenshots or evidence
